Products & Services
When you begin researching online office equipment leasing sites, look to see what types of equipment they lease. Make sure they lease a large selection of office supplies that include software, computers and hardware, printers, fax machines, printers, IT equipment, and even office work stations. Some sites will even list their leasing programs and what types of financing they offer. It’s important to make sure you are familiar with the different types of leasing programs and finding one that fits the needs of your current business situation is vitally important. If you cannot find the information online, make sure there are resources for you to get that information before applying for a financing.

Ease of Use
Several of the sites we reviewed were very upfront with their products and services. They were very detailed with the lists of office materials they lease and the different leasing programs they have available. This made it easy for us to compare the sites, their offerings and what they have available to different business owners.

We also looked at how easy it was to navigate their site. Some of the sites we reviewed were harder to navigate than others. There were some sites that were filled with text and were much more difficult to find their products and services. Being able to quickly and easily find the information we were looking for was vital in our search for comparing the online equipment leasing sites.

One of the topics we found to be extremely helpful on the sites we reviewed was the amount of tools and resources they made available. This could include a leasing 101 section, links to leasing topics, financial topics, etc. Many of the sites we reviewed had some sort of resource section on their site and we found this to be valuable to all types of equipment leasing shoppers.

Another tool we looked for was the sites contact us page. We looked to see the variety of options they give you to contact the company and how easy that page is to find. We checked to see if they included a phone and fax number, email addresses, frequently asked questions page, and an online email form.

Office equipment leasing can be a great way to keep money in your company's pocket while continuing to do business.
